Tooling Jigs and Fixtures

  Leading Edge Aerospace welcomes the opportunity to design and manufacture jigs and fixtures to client specifications.

  Supported by four FaroArms and two each SI Laser Trackers, our Jig Department can set features accurately within +/- .001.

  Fixtures require close tolerance detail machining. Our machine shop will fabricate completed details with accuracy and deliver them to the Jig Shop for installation. We back up our Jig and Fixture tooling by insuring to our customers that these tools build good part assemblies.

  Fabricating accurate fixtures requires a temperature controlled environment. Our facility is temperature controlled to maintain this accuracy.

  LEA will come to your facility to set up a Jig Fixture fabricated at our facility. We will verify and prove to our customer the tool they purchased will meet requirements set. If you require a Jig Fixture to  be verified in your facility or need details set on an existing Jig Fixture, we will come to your facility also.
