Tooling CNC Machining

  LEA provides services for "1 Stop" tooling needs. When customers requirements call for multiple services within a project, diversity within a business keeps that job in one manufacturing facility.

  LEA offers "In House", and "On Site" Inspection Services, including; Laser Tracking details into assembly fixtures with Verification, and Reverse Engineering, Custom Tool Design, 3 and 5 axis machining, 5 axis Trim of Parts, Fiberglass Tooling specializing in Carbon Fiber Lay-up Molds, Jig and Fixture fabrication, as well as Autoclave Capabilities.

• New Johnford DMC - 3100SH 50 taper 5ft. x 10ft. x 32in. in Z
  (has accuracy of +/- .001 tolerance.)
• DMS Router 6ft. x 12ft. x 48in. in Z
• DMS Router 5ft. x 6ft. x 48in. in Z
• Multiple 3 Axis Machines
• Grinder (capacity 16in. x 48in.)

  Our Programming Department uses Master Cam as a software package to run our system.  LEA's CNC Programming Department provides services for Multi-Axis Programming, Solid Modeling, Tool Design and Reverse Engineering.
